About Us

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the world has changed, and people are readjusting their priorities. Hiring a cleaning service has moved up the line to become an essential service to have as a part of your household or office routine.

Instead of being away from your home for 40+ hours a week, many individuals are working remotely from home or have a 4-day workweek. We are here to take the load of weekly chores off your shoulders, so you can relax and recharge. Time with family and loved ones has become the forefront of everyone's lives, and there is nothing like sitting back to enjoy each others' company in a clean and tidy home.

As a mother of two children with special needs, a business owner in charge of 18 team members, a secondary caregiver to a grandmother with physical restrictions, and the leader of the Daisy Fresh community, I am familiar with the diversity that exists in so many households. I understand it can be difficult to juggle your schedule when you are organizing virtual meetings, education, or childcare, and caring for people with disabilities, special needs, and senior citizens. To help ease some stress throughout the day, we contact you a business day before the cleaning appointment to let you know the team's approximate arrival time - typically a 1-hour window. We can also have the team call you when they are on their way over. This is to provide ample notice so you can prepare your home and schedule for the team's arrival.

Customer service has always come first, while providing the best quality in our service industry. We have adapted and customized our procedures to accommodate our clients' health conditions including wearing face masks during our visit for those immunocompromised or anyone that prefers to have this added benefit. We want to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep the Daisy Fresh community safe, and to keep our clients informed.

Though many things are changing in this new world, one thing still resounds; we need to stand together and continue to show compassion and kindness to each other.

Some Information and Facts About Our Services

Daisy Fresh Cleaning Service was established in 1981, as a local and family-owned business. We strive to provide superior quality and unmatched customer service. We want to ensure each person, family, and business is comfortable with our team, our quality and the relationship that builds over time. Our clients can contact us any time with concerns, comments, or questions, and this helps us grow and become a better team. We meet your needs without compromising our integrity.

We typically send a team of two cleaners and periodically three cleaners when we are training a new team member. All team members are insured, bonded, criminal record checked, and covered under WSIB. We bring our own supplies and equipment, and we accept cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, and e-transfer.

We are familiar with Veterans Affairs, Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region (EAFWR), Family Services Perth-Huron, and Home & Community Care Support Services (formerly WWLHIN/WWCCAC). We service families that have dependents with special needs and disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, as well as those living with Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, or going through cancer treatments.

We do not discriminate against race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age. Whether you are single, married, windowed, have children, or have grown old together, we are the cleaning service for you. We are all a part of this community, and we want to help support you and keep your home or office clean.
